– The maintenance of the accreditation as a valid testing laboratory, adopting the requirements of the international standard ELOT EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017, by the Hellenic Accreditation Body (ESYD), and at the same time, the continuous expansion of the scope of the accreditation with the addition of new tests.
– The maintenance of its certification in terms of the total quality of its services provided by an independent distinguished certification body, based on the requirements of the international standard ELOT EN ISO / IEC 9001: 2015.

Provide high quality services to its customers ensuring the reliability of its results. In this context, all test procedures comply with the specifications of recognized standards such as ISO, EN, ASTM, ASME and API.
Provide all the necessary and possible means for the effective work and continuous training of all personnel in the requirements of the above standards, and at the same time to constantly communicate and clarify its quality goals and policy to all interested parties. The personnel must faithfully follow and apply the QUALITY MANUAL, the QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURES, the TEST METHODS and the WORKING INSTRUCTIONS of the COMPANY’S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
Comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and provide services fairly, ethically and with integrity ensuring the impartiality of its services. Concurrently, the personnel are committed to oppose any bribery by signing a statement of confidentiality and impartiality (internal code of conduct).
Operate strictly in accordance with internal data protection policy. The personal data of all interested parties are collected and processed as confidential information while the data concerning trade secret are protected.
Satisfy the requirements of customers, the ELOT EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 and ELOT EN ISO / IEC 9001: 2015, legal and regulatory authorities as well as other stakeholders.
Perform actions to identify risks, address threats and exploit opportunities. These actions include the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, the evaluation of these measures and the review of the management system. The effectiveness of all actions is monitored periodically through internal audits and performance indicators.
Continuously improve its Management System. Communication is an important part of improving the management system. For this reason, all personnel are informed about their responsibilities and the importance of the contribution of their activity in achieving the goals and commitments of the company.
